CitoPH is a concierge management solution for condominiums, this application is installed on a cell phone in the concierge, it allows communication from the concierge to residents easily and safely, residents do not have to install any application.
Modules:
* Calls to residents.
* Notification messages to residents: arrival of packages and visitors.
* News log registration.
* Parking control and pricing with Bluetooth printer connection.
* Calls to special and emergency numbers.

Call operation:
1- The guard enters the interior to which he wishes to communicate.
2- The application shows you the list of residents who live in said interior.
3- The guard presses the button to communicate with the requested resident.
* Guards cannot see residents' private phones, nor do they have to dial residents' phone numbers.
* Number configuration is done by the administrator from his or her computer.
* The call is made through the SIM CARD of the goal cell phone.
* Internet or data plan is not required to call, but it is required to synchronize the residents' data that has been uploaded by the complex administrator.
