It is a decided commitment by the City Council of Fortuna to facilitate communication between the City Council and the citizens. A tool to communicate incidents or collect items in the municipality of Fortuna quickly and efficiently, reducing unnecessary procedures.

One of the most important objectives is to bring the public administration closer to the citizens, being able to see at all times the status of the processing of their incidence in real time.

To report a new incident:
1-Choose a typology
2-The app locates it automatically using GPS (you can also enter the address manually)
3-Take a photo, select it from the gallery or skip the step
4-Add a small comment
