The mobile application is intended for employees of resource-supplying organizations, management companies and homeowners associations to work remotely with the S3.MEGAPOLIS system. The system can be used by:
• controllers (employees who bypass consumers, take meter readings, seal them, detect illegal connections) to obtain information about the consumer's debt, responsible persons, places of installation of metering devices, view previous and enter new meter readings
• managers of various levels to obtain financial and other information on individual personal accounts, analyze the current state and dynamics of changes in the main indicators of sales activities
• payment agents to receive information about the consumer's debt, settlement certificates of responsible persons and accept payments (cash payments are accepted off-line on mobile cash registers and non-cash payments via Internet acquiring)
• dispatcher of the emergency dispatch service for receiving consumer appeals and generating applications
• technical staff (plumbers, electricians…) to receive and confirm the fulfillment of the application
