Suffering from a specific problem? We have prepared dedicated programs for you that group classes on a variety of topics such as erecting the back, flexing the chest, breathing and more. At the end of each program you will feel a marked improvement from the starting point.
The classes are led by Lena Rosenberg, a certified Feldenkrais instructor with rich international experience in leading groups, workshops and companies.
