The IQVIA RNPS app supports our mobile research nurses and phlebotomists in enabling remote (decentralized) global clinical trials. Our nurses and phlebotomists can view scheduled remote protocol visits, access visit documents, and attend televisits. The app mainly allows the user to directly upload study visit documents without the need for a scanner and without storage of the document locally on the mobile device.

In response to your feedback, we've implemented several updates to the app, aiming to streamline and enhance the user experience. Now, you can conveniently view and update your profile, change your password when it expires, benefit from push notification and deep link support, upload new versions of documents/files as requested, and easily sort, search, and filter documents at the site level.
