Ht Control Movil is made up of three large sections, GPS, Vehicle Fleet, Notifications.
In the GPS part, satellite tracking of mobile equipment is possible, generating information on routes, schedules, time stopped in strategic, restricted and key places, as well as the measurement of distances traveled and speeds reached during the day.
With respect to the section for vehicle fleet administration, it allows the user to make records of each of their fuel loads in detail, including date, number of liters, price per liter, type of fuel and with photographic evidence of tickets and odometer of the vehicle that has been assigned which will allow to have reports on the total consumption and its behavior. In addition to having the option of recording incidents as a log that you can select from a catalog of types that can be a fine, mechanical failure, crash, drag in a crane, flattening, among others, in the same way with the possibility of adding photographic evidence . The user will be able to record each of the maintenance carried out on the vehicle at his expense, describing whether they are preventive or corrective, date and cost, and evidence of the document that supports it (billing).
In Notifications. The user will receive notices regarding both the use of the assigned mobile equipment and vehicle, as well as notifications of detected speeding violations, stops at restricted points, reminders of necessary actions and which are previously scheduled on the web platform, which may be due of your driver's license or the proximity of maintenance, contracts and expiration of assets.
