Preman Pensiun is an Indonesian soap opera produced by MNC Pictures which premiered on January 12, 2015 at 17.00 WIB on RCTI. This soap opera is directed by Aris Nugraha. This sinetron whose story idea was from Aris Nugraha, which at the beginning of the season starred Didi Petet, Epy Kusnandar, and Mat Drajat. This soap opera tells the life of thuggery in the city of Bandung

Inspirational comedy series Bahar (called "Kang Bahar" by his subordinates) is actually just a "little thug", but the area is quite large, besides being the protector ("backing") of street vendors, he also controls a market (Pasar Palasari) and bus terminals. (Cicaheum Terminal) in Bandung City. The story that will be told in this series is not the journey of his life from the beginning, although in some dialogues it is also told, but the story of his old age when he decided to retire.

The past that is told in the dialogue is that Bahar and his friend, Bahar migrated from Garut to Bandung around 1972, when he was a teenager and left because his family in the village was very poor. In the city of Bandung, young Bahar makes a living as a seller of tofu, leupeut and salted eggs on buses before leaving the terminal.

Bahar's income at that time was not large, only mediocre, tended to be minimal. He accepted that as his sustenance, but what he couldn't accept was that he had to pay taxes on the thugs. Bahar then thought that instead of being levied "taxes" it would be better for him to collect taxes.

The martial arts skills he learned because of the traditions in the village and the determination that later emerged to survive and prosper overseas, made him desperate to slowly enter the network of thuggery that dominates the terminal. Starting from just a “mat” (currently called “cash”), over time, year after year, slowly, Bahar then reached the pinnacle of power.

For the first ten years, Bahar was only part of the mafia of power, a network of thuggery, for the next twenty years, Bahar was the holder of power that gripped the streets, markets and terminals.

His right hand man is Muslihat (familiarly called “Kang mus” by his subordinates), an amateur thief who broke into his house about twenty years ago. Muslihat was subdued until she became unconscious and only realized three days later, in front of Bahar and the police. After learning that Muslihat stole to pay for her mother's hospitalization, Bahar asked the police not to process the case legally, acknowledge Muslihat as his brother and the matter will be resolved amicably.
