From Ibn Umar radhiallahu ‘anhuma, he said:" We all have counted the Prophet sallallaahu alayhi wassalam in one majlis utter istighfar a hundred times, namely:
Rabbighfir li wa tub ‘alayya, innaka antat tawwabur uterus."

Meaning:
O Lord, forgive me and accept my repentance, verily You are the recipient of repentance, the Merciful. Narrated by the Imams of Abu Dawud and Termidzi and Termidzi said that this is a hasan saheeh hadith. (Riyadhus Shalihin)
