Computer Aided Instructional Material (CAIM) in Common Ailments Remedy, is an android based application that focused on the study of Common Ailments and their proper Remedies. This study limits its coverage on providing a portable repository for students about common ailments and their respective remedies. It includes Common ailment dictionary that contains common ailment information and herbal remedies. The main highlight of this study is the Quick search of ailments, it will provide you the proper remedy for the searched ailment or illness. This project also has a Trivia, and Quiz which has two parts, the Pre-test and Post-test.

The computer aided learning application is deal for used by BS nursing students for their studies, faculty and medical practitioners on their seminars and other people who would like to use plant-based medicines. The technology applied is deal for offline connection especially when OJT students and faculty members will undergo medical missions into remote and rural areas where access is limited and the mobile device has limited memory capacity. This research was able to present information rich content in the form of images, text and other multimedia features in order to fully covered the needed medical solution instruction to present the target users. The presented plant-based medicinal information in this study were carefully selected and tested by professional before developing this Computer Aided Instructional Material (CAIM) in Common Ailments Remedy.
