Our app allows your Receiving personnel to manage pre-receipts information from the convenience of your smart phone or tablet. You can scan your, or your vendor's, inbound tag and receive the material. Our Receiving app is configured to be tightly integrated with primary systems such as the Dynamics family of ERPs, SAP, or Stratix for the metal industry. Specific pre-receipts from your primary system can be matched with received products and have the weights or dimensions modified based on the actual product received. Pre-receipts can then be converted to actual receipts in your primary system.
Our Receiving app can work in offline mode for warehouses without wifi access. User-friendly, our mobile app digitizes, stores, and indexes all your receiving documents. Coming with cloud storage, you have a permanent library for searching and retrieving all your documents based on the vendor, or your, tag number, or the pre-receipt number. You have an assortment of search criteria such as vendor tag number, your tag number, or pre-receipt number. Your documents are never more than a finger tap away.
