The new version of the macular app from the non-profit AMD network offers support for patients with (wet) age-related macular degeneration (AMD). The numerous functions offer an all-round service for those affected and their relatives.

You can save your appointments and contact persons, document treatment results (visual acuity, retinal thickness) for each eye over time and carry out self-tests. This will give you support for your visit to the ophthalmologist. In the knowledge area you can read all the relevant information about the disease, treatment and offers of help. Our new dashboard keeps you up to date on all things AMD. New research results or an event on AMD are displayed on the home page.

The app is also suitable for patients with macular diseases such as diabetic macular edema (DME), retinal vein occlusion (RVV), or myopic choroidal neovascularization (MCV).
