At first Baim Wong did not seriously enter the world of soap operas, Baim Wong finally lived it with hard work and achieved popularity on the Indonesian entertainment stage. The owner of the name Muhammad Ibrahim, who is often called Baim Wong, was born in Jakarta, 27 April 1981. Baim Wong is the youngest of 5 children of Johnny Wong and Kartini Marta Atmadja.

At the age of 20, Baim Wong started starring in the soap opera 7 Signs of Love which aired in 2001. At first, Baim was not too serious about working in the entertainment world at that time. His father even wanted him to go to college. But still choose soap operas.

In 2003, Baim Wong vacuum from the world of soap operas. Over time, Baim Wong began to show his interest again in 2005. However, it was not easy for Baim to get his role. Baim Wong was repeatedly rejected, and finally he accepted to play soap operas again. Baim Wong played in the soap opera Don't Stop Loving Me (2005).
