When in the World is a game where you select different cities, countries, or time zones, and then guess the current hour in said areas. The object is to see how many correct matches you can make in a row. The game gets harder as you select more areas in diverse time zones.
The user enters their guess of the current hour in the game selected time zone. If the minutes differ in the selected area, then the listing of the area is highlighted on the area selection screen. These areas are considered harder to guess, but the game only makes minutes selectable in areas where the minutes differ from the majority of every area on the list.
If you get a guess right, the counter on the top of the screen goes up. When you memorize the time differences between places relative to where you are, then this counter will reward you and go up. Guessing wrong does not penalize you, however. In fact, the game sets hints as to what the correct time is.
This educational game will help you keep track of the current time for people you may know around the world. You don't want to call a friend who may be asleep! For that matter, another use case for this game is international business.
