Remote Trainer lets you grant your personal trainer or anyone of your choosing access to your real-time heart rate. Use this during a workout to let your trainer maximize your results and activity.

Use the Android app to see and share your private share code.

Use the Wear OS app to start your share session on a compatible Wear OS device that has a heart rate sensor.

Open the share link or enter the share code from the Android app at https://remotetrainer.jayw.app to see your real-time heart rate.

The privacy of your data is completely controlled by you.
• Data is only shared while the Wear OS app is running. Don't want to share anymore? Swipe down and press stop and your heart rate is no longer updated.
• Data is stored anonymously. The other person must have your randomized five-character private share code to see your heart rate. This code is not able to be tied back to you or your device.
• You can regenerate your private share code at any time in the Android app which invalidates the previous code. Anyone with the old code won't be able to see your heart rate after you've generated the new one.
