JOIN D HOMZ

Join D' Homz is a personalized community management app for supporting property administrators and gatekeepers. The app gives a bird's-eye view of activities and events in the society, thereby enabling the administrator to manage the community more efficiently. Following are the key features of the app:

1. Complaints management
- Residents/owners can raise tickets for maintenance related complaints using the Homz consumer module in Join D' Fame. The complaint flows to the dashboard of the admin who in turn assigns the ticket to a relevant Staff. The resident gets notified for every update on the ticket until closure.
2. Staff management
- Adding, updating and removal of gatekeepers and staffs of technical assistance like plumbers, electricians, mechanic etc is done in this module by the administrator.
3. Community management
- Administrator can add and edit the details of the individual flats based on the status of occupancy in this section.
4. Bulletin Board
- This module is used by the administrator to broadcast information to the residents and staffs of the apartment. The administrator can choose the recipient group for his message and it would be shared as a Newsfeed post to the corresponding recipients in Join D' Fame app.
5. Visitor management
- This module is used by the Gatekeeper to register the guests who are entering the premises. The visitors can easily register their entry by simply scanning the QR code of the apartment.
6. Staff attendance
- The Staffs can record their attendance for the day by simply scanning the QR code of the apartment. Both check-in time and check-out time will be recorded in this module.

The consumer module is available for free on Join D' Homz platform for the residents and staffs to raise and resolve complaints.
