JDIH is a place for joint use of legal documents in an orderly, integrated and continuous manner that consists of government agencies, universities, and other institutions engaged in the development of legal documentation and information.

The Riau Provincial Secretariat Legal Bureau is an institution under the Riau Provincial Secretariat that manages the Riau Provincial Government Legal Documentation and Information Network.
