A simple but useful application for those of you who have a business in the field of printing, paper, stickers or cutting.
With this application you can easily and quickly find out how many effective pieces can fit in a media area (paper, stickers, etc.). The application will calculate and display the simplest cut arrangement settings, which don't have too many leftovers, but also don't make cutting difficult.
This application already supports the spacing between pieces, so it can also be used for setting the cutting label sticker arrangement (which requires distance to be processed on the cutting machine).
Equipped with cost calculations, so estimating the selling price becomes very easy and fast. There is no need to linger to answer when at any time there are consumers asking for prices.
FEATURE
- Cutting layout
- Support the distance between pieces
- Cost calculation
HOW TO USE
- Select the unit (unit) you want to use (cm or inch)
- Enter media size (length, width, margins)
- Enter the cut size (length, width, distance between pieces)
- Enter the number of pieces you want and the price of the media per sheet
- The application will show the layout of the cuts and the details of the calculation results
DESCRIPTION
In the "Media required" column, there is % Used, which is how many percent of the media is used to produce the desired number of pieces.
For example, the max pieces per sheet of media are 4 pcs, while the desired number of pieces is 10 pcs, then 3 pieces of media will still be needed (3 x 4pcs = 12pcs) leaving some unused media.
***
In the "Price per piece" column, there are Real Prices and Prices.
If the price, it is calculated by dividing the price per sheet of media divided by the number of max pieces per sheet of media. You could say this is the ideal price (if the media can be used 100% without residue).
While the Real Price, calculated from (Total media needed x Price per sheet of media), divided by the number of pieces desired, so this is the real price because it takes into account the remaining unused media. Then the real price will tend to be a little more expensive.
NOTES
Make sure to only enter numbers in the field, and no "spaces". For decimal numbers, use "." ( period ), not "," ( comma ).
If you can't input data, replace the phone's default keyboard with other keyboard.
