DiVA (Digital Virtual Assistant) is an application for healthcare seeking beneficiaries to record their health history and service preferences. This application will provide outputs of a quick consumable history, service recommendations, prescription guidance and counseling to beneficiaries at the point of care within the area of Family Planning and Reproductive Health. Thus, this a digital solution for empowering the beneficiaries and improving the quality of interaction between provider and beneficiary.
