The game consists of adding up the license plate numbers you see on the road. Each player chooses a number from 0 to 9 and wins the one that appears the most times among the added license plates.

One point is added for each time the number appears on the license plate, so if it appears once, one point is added, if it appears twice, 4 points are added, and if it appears 3 times, 3 points are added, so 9 points are added.
