As someone who workouts myself, I realized I had a need for an app just like this. My workouts were getting stale, cycling through the same 10-15 exercises, when I really had hundreds of exercise options at my disposal. I wanted a program that could store these exercises and produce a random workout based on the equipment available to me, the types of exercises I wanted, and the muscle groups I was looking to train. So I created Jack's Gym.
Workout creation allows for two styles:
The original workout option allows you to select the type and number of exercises, equipment available, muscle groups to target and difficulty level. The preset workout option allows you to select from a variety of popular workout splits such as PPL, Upper/Lower, and Total Body.
Along with the workout generation feature, Jack's Gym allows the user to create their own custom exercises and save the equipment at locations they frequently workout.
The default exercises include strength, hypertrophy, endurance, calisthenics, conditioning, and ab exercises. With the option to choose super set, drop set, or special rep exercises at a any difficulty level.
I don't know what else to say other than it's time to get pumping!
