These emotions are private—only the person who posted the photo will be notified of your response, not the public. 4) The Daily Mood Check-In
When you first open the JOY app each day, you’ll be asked, "How do you feel today?" You must select one of five emotions, representing how you're feeling at that moment. Whether you're feeling joyful, okay, sad, or something else, this helps set the tone for your day. If you select okay or sad, your friends are notified, encouraging them to send you a postie to brighten your day. This ensures you’re never alone and always have a support system to turn to.
