It is an application that converts the observation value by JPS's GNSS receiver compatible application into a value that reflects the crustal movement correction value from this period to the first period (or from the first period to this period) by post-processing.
It supports CSV format files with observation data (raw data of GNSS received values) and SIM format files by the JPS application.
