As for the poet “Solon”; He is the owner of the famous legislation that establishes the rules of governance and justice. And “Pitacus” who said: “The moment, if it comes to you; Don't let it slip away from you.” And other wisdoms attributed to them, reviewing their historical circumstances that made them wise, to make it clear that wisdom is in action before saying.
