Once you’ve downloaded the app or logged into the website, it takes just a few minutes before you begin your virtual visit with a provider. A typical visit lasts about 10 minutes. Providers are available Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm and Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.
