Welcome to the all new Just Ricco Tix Mobile Application. Our mobile app allows users to sign up to list tickets for sale on our platform. Users can also browse and purchase tickets for events.


To create your ticket, start by logging with your User name and Password

Click on Vendor Dashboard
Select Product
Select Add New Product
A new window will appear key fields Upload Event Picture, Event / Product Name, (Price if a single price option if not leave blank), Ticket /Product / Category, Tags, and short description about the tickets / events include date and Time.
Then click on Create Product
Edit Ticket / product page will appear
Ticket name will be populated and picture of the event / product
Product / Ticket Type field choose SIMPLE (Single ticket price)
SIMPLE – key fields Price, (You will need to increase the ticket price by 10% to earn your ticket value price)
Optional Discount Price (offer a discount on current ticket),
Short Description section will be populated if you completed before.
Description section, you can copy and paste the short description information or leave blank
Scroll down to Inventory and Leave SKU blank
Select Enable product stock management (Enter how many tickets available in the stock quantity
Scroll down click save product
New window will appear and click on view Product
