Juvo is responsible for providing this digital platform and acts as a banking correspondent for BMP MoneyPlus regarding the provision of financial services.
Juvo does not require any type of advance deposit or transfer. All payments are made only after the funds are received in your account and are made exclusively through payment slips or QR codes (PIX) sent by Juvo or requested directly by you within your customer area. If you receive an email requesting an advance payment, it is an attempted fraud. Please report this to our customer service center.
Additional information regarding Personal Loans: Minimum 3 months and maximum 24 months. Minimum and maximum loan amount - R$250.00 to R$4,500.00. Minimum and maximum monthly interest - 6.8% to 17.4%, Total Effective Cost (CET): minimum 112.36% and maximum 473.9% per annum (APR). Rates subject to change.
Example: A R$1,700.00 loan over 9 months with an interest rate of 1.99% per month will have monthly installments of R$380.98. A used cell phone with a market value of at least R$2,000.00 as collateral is required for loan approval under these conditions.
