Opening the app: Allow location access to get district-specific content.
Login: Tap Login → enter your mobile number → enter the OTP sent to your phone. If you prefer, use the guest flow (see app help).
Searching for a taxi: Tap Transport → enter pickup & drop or choose nearby posts → choose vehicle → select seats → Confirm Booking.
Booking confirmation: On success, you’ll see a booking reference; our agent will call/text to finalize.
Viewing bookings: Use View Ride/Bookings in the menu to track any bookings and contact the agent.
Reporting issues: In the booking details screen, tap Contact Support or call the app’s support number.
