The LGCY Training app allows full access to your training program, custom created by co-founders, Katelyn and Kristen. Along with your program, nutrition guidance will be available to fit your needs. A daily habit tracker to ensure accountability and consistency when working towards your goals. Once a week, our trainers will review your week to make any alterations and provide feedback to continue your path to success. We believe knowledge is power, periodically we will add informational articles we think would be beneficial to our team to expand your mind when it comes to health and fitness. You will have direct access to your assigned trainer 24/7, with a maximum response time of 4 hours.
