You will have 1-1 weekly or bi-weekly check ins with your coach, as well as a short daily form to fill out to help keep you on track with your goals. This app has everything all in one place so you can log workouts, cardio, steps and any other exercise. It also has a in built food tracker, so you can log all your food and share with your coach. On top of all that, it has a 1-1 chat system between you and your coach enabling you to have any questions or queries answered.
