Abstract:
IPGM HIT POS is a mobile application based software which launched by TITAS. Where a customer can recharge their prepaid card and can give the Gas bill through this card by tapping this card with their provided digital meter.
Module Description:
There are several modules in this application which reduce the complexity of POS agent during recharging time so that, they can provide the smooth support for the customer. These are described as below:
Recharge Gas:
With the help of this module an agent can recharge the customer prepaid card. For this process he has to click the recharge button and tap the customer card and have to fill up the displayed field and click the below submit button and tap card again. Then a receipt will be printed out for the certain transaction.
Inspect Card:
With a view to analysing the card status this module is very important. With the help of this module an agent can see the card details where is it recharged or not and many thing so on.
Search Customer:
By this module an agent can search the desire customer inserting their proper information .Where he can see the customer details and transaction history. Also he can ADD or DELETE the card.
Refund:
Refund is another important module .By this module an agent can change the card status and make it rechargeable which became 05 statuses during following wrong process with tapping the meter.
Sales History:
With the help of this module an agent can see the particular customer sales history during any kind of certain period .For that he has to give first the certain date which date transaction he wants to see then have to click the submit button to see the transaction details within this provided period.
Epilogue:
The prepaid meter project by TITAS Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd is progressing at snail’s pace, and is nowhere near meeting its target. And the entire prepaid system processes reduce the customer hassle. Easily they can recharge their card through the TITAS App.
