Maintenance and Productivity, 2 things that are closely related and mutually supportive have been developed into a great synergy in a manufacturing system. Since 1999, we have studied and applied the Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and Kaizen concepts in an industry. The advantages and disadvantages of implementing TPM and Kaizen have been identified and solutions have been found. Masters in TPM and Kaizen are obtained by obtaining International accreditation by obtaining TPM and Kaizen Certificates up to Intermediate level from Omron – Japan.
