This Equity Dilution Calculator assists startup company founders and investors in calculating a company's pre-money and post-money valuation. It also calculates the founders and investors shares, share value, and dilution/holding percentage at each stage of funding round from Seed to Series A up to Series-D or (Post Money SAFE during Seed Round), and it has a feature for creating an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) during each equity funding round.
