The Floor Schedule Phone App is the free companion application to Floor Schedule Web.

This Phone App allows the Floor Schedule Web participants to view their full schedules and, if activated by the scheduler, to add and/or remove themselves from the schedule.

The Floor Schedule Web application is the originating scheduling application. The scheduler designs the schedule by adding the shifts needed, shift locations/roles, the names of the participants and their requirements. The automated scheduling process then analyzes the requests made by the participants and generates a schedule that is fair and balanced among all participants, with good spacing and even distribution.

Floor Schedule Web also allows for manual scheduling by the scheduler, and if allowed, by the participants. Other features include automated shift reminders, custom shift rules, holidays, reports and more.

The industries that will most benefit from Floor Schedule are those whose participants have a say in what shifts they are available to work. Real estate offices, sales offices, volunteer organizations, any group in which the participants have some choice in their availability for scheduling.
