His time, Su. 1160. His main interest is the discussion of the nature of cognition. 309 verses of his have been found. He thought about the meaning of terms like Guru, Linga, Jangama etc. Many of the structures are in the form of Bedag vachanas. There are 309 vachanas found in the 'Sadashiva Murthylinga' Ankita. As an adjective attached to the name, 'cognition' is given more importance here. In his vachanas, which are principled, Guru-Linga-Jangama-Prasada, Shaiva-Veerashaiva are discussed. Most of the verses are in Bedaga's terms.
