This is a brand New Mushaf Tajweed app that features a color-unified Quran font with Tajweed rules for every single letter of the Holy Quran. This Mushaf Tajweed combined a clear font, accurate colour-coded Tajweed indications and an uncluttered design free from distractions.

This mushaf tajwid has the following beautiful features:
1. Bookmarking so that you can easily return to where you left off. To apply a book in any surah, click on the space next to the right border.

2. Surah wise instead of page wise so that you can read a whole surah without needing to switch between pages.

3. Auto scroll up pr down and can control the speed of the auto scrolling quran. Hou can interrupt the auto scroll at anytime and the app will pick up auto scrolling when you're done.

Tajwīd (تجويد) refers to the set of rules governing the proper pronunciation and recitation of the Qur’an. The word tajwīd literally means “to make better” or “to improve.” In the context of Qur’anic recitation, it means reciting the Qur’an as it was revealed to Prophet Muhammad ﷺ — clearly, accurately, and beautifully.

🌿 What Tajweed Is:
Tajweed covers how each Arabic letter should be:

1. Pronounced correctly from its makhraj (point of articulation) — e.g., from the throat, tongue, or lips.

2. Given its proper characteristics (sifaat) — like heaviness, lightness, softness, or nasalization.

3. Connected or separated properly when reciting words and verses — with rules for elongation (madd), pauses (waqf), and merging (idghām).

🕋 Why Tajweed Is Important

1. It preserves the Qur’an’s original sound

The Qur’an was revealed in Arabic and recited by the Prophet ﷺ in a precise way taught by Jibrīl (Gabriel). Tajweed ensures that Muslims recite it as closely as possible to that original, divine manner — preserving its authentic pronunciation for generations.

2. It prevents changing meanings

Arabic is a language where small pronunciation differences can completely change meanings. For example: قَلْب (qalb) = heart whereas كَلْب (kalb) = dog

Without tajweed, incorrect articulation could lead to serious distortions of meaning in Allah’s words.

3. It fulfills an obligation

Scholars consider learning basic tajweed fard ‘ayn (an individual duty) for anyone reciting the Qur’an — meaning every Muslim must know at least enough to recite correctly.

4. It enhances beauty and reflection

The Prophet ﷺ said: “Beautify the Qur’an with your voices.” (Sahih al-Bukhari)

Tajweed adds rhythm, clarity, and reverence to recitation, helping one reflect more deeply on Allah’s words.
