U+ Mobile Phone Insurance Compensation Application (Lost/Damage Reporting and Tracking)
[Basic App Information]
- This is the official U+ Mobile Phone Insurance app, developed and operated by KB Insurance, for customers who have subscribed to LGU+ mobile phone loss/damage insurance. (Not available to customers with insurance from other carriers.)
- This app allows you to file claims for loss or damage, depending on your insurance product (smartphone/iPad/watch).
- This app is compatible with Android 9.0 or higher.
[Basic Information]
- For faster processing, use the app after repairs are completed at the A/S center.
- For lost items, please contact the U+ Customer Center (1644-5108) to request "Lost Phone Location" and "Report Lost."

- (In case of damage) Log in → Report an accident → Submit required documents → Document review → Repair fee payment
- (In case of loss) Log in → Report an accident → Submit required documents → Document review → Select a compensation phone → Select a pickup method → Track delivery status

2) Using the app minimizes the number of documents you need to submit. - (Common Documents): You only need to consent to three items in the app; there's no need to submit an "Insurance Claim Form" or a "Personal Information Processing Consent Form."
- (In the event of damage): You must take a photo of the required documents, such as the repair cost statement and payment receipt, and then register them.
- (In the event of loss): You do not need to submit a "Loss Report."
3) We provide instant, one-stop compensation application and status updates.
- (In the event of loss) You can select the compensation phone directly in the app and pay your deductible.
- (In the event of loss) Delivery is available upon receipt of the compensation phone (Seoul area only).
- (Progress Information): We provide step-by-step status updates: Accident report → Document review → Damage repair payment (In the event of loss, you can track the delivery of the compensation phone).
