This application was developed to help the visitor discover the beautiful oases and cultural heritage of the city of Tozeur and admire the spectacular desert landscapes of its region. It contains a description of each site chosen by the visitor, a guide allowing him to locate it on the map and a route allowing him to reach its geographical location.
The sites offered in the application are classified by category according to the interest sought by the visitor:

- a “OASIS & PALM grove” category: contains a list of the most beautiful oases and palm groves in the Tozeur region. The visitor will be able to browse it and choose among those it is worth visiting and admire their beauty and diversity.

- an “OLD TOWN & ARCHITECTURE” category: The medina of Tozeur, its markets, its crafts and its cultural heritage are presented in this category. The visitor will also be able to discover the history of its architecture and its ancient construction methods.

- a “DESERT & 4x4 HIKES” category: Those who wish to explore the vast expanses of the Sahara desert which surround the Tozeur region by means of a 4x4 hike will find in this category the best sites where they can live an experience exciting.

- a “PARKS & MUSEUMS” category: in this category the visitor will be able to discover the main parks and museums of Tozeur and its surroundings.

- an “ACCOMMODATION” category: a short list of hotels and guest houses is chosen for their proximity to the sites to visit whether they are in Tozeur, Nefta or Douz. The visitor can also consult travel agencies or specialized websites for more choice.
