Kradena Beef is the first BBQ shop in Novosibirsk, carefully prepared using the low & slow method on a Texas smoker.

During the cooking process we use only marbled beef, pork and poultry. No added preservatives or GMOs.

All products are simmered in a smoker for up to 16 hours on a live fire at low temperatures (105-110).

As a result, we get a unique taste of tender, juicy, meat delicacies with a rich taste and smoky aroma.

After preparation, the products are vacuum-packed into portioned packages, which allows the product to be stored for up to 30 days. Before use, the product must be immersed in hot water for a few minutes to get a restaurant lunch or dinner at home!
