News
Report on your community life on an ongoing basis. Publish photos and provide brief and clear information about what is happening. It is also possible to link the news to your website.

Group overview
You create the groups with the group leaders in the KiCard index. You can release these for the KiMobil app as required. The overview can be supplemented with a photo and a short description in the KiMobil app.

Group members
You have an overview of the contact details of the group members. The group leaders keep the member lists.

Group chat
Group members can communicate with each other in a secure environment. Non-members of a group can contact those responsible for the group.

Group documents
Each group member can upload documents, edit their own and view all others.

Group appointments
All appointments can be entered in the group's own schedule. This way you have your appointments under control.

Group appointment survey
Find a common date and then add it to your schedule.

Roster schedules
With the additional room and appointment management module, duty rosters are created in the KiCard index. Start availability requests, publish and change the appointments using the KiMobil app.

Time tracking
Express the invaluable value of volunteer work in terms of hours. Create an overall overview of the work done in the church community and, if necessary, time passes for individual volunteers.

Events
By publishing events from room and appointment management, your agenda is always up to date and visible to everyone - on the app and also on your website.
