Guardians is a new safety innovation that lets you anonymously tag suspicious activity on the go. With your contribution, we’ll be able to make communities more aware of where the potential risks are, so you can make better informed decisions about your safety.

Alerting people to suspicious activity isn’t always as quick and simple as we’d like it to be, especially if you’re behind the wheel. That’s why we’ve developed a simple touch process that allows Guardians§ users to tag incidents within seconds.

You’ll be able to tag:

• Violence
• Hijacking
• Accident
• Mugging
• Theft
• Vandalism

Just swipe the Guardians Widget down and tap on the incident you’d like to tag. Your report will include the nature of the incident, an accurate GPS location, and time-stamp — all used to alert other Gi users. You can tag anytime, anywhere and 100% anonymously.

These incident reports will help us to create a risk map of suspected crime hotspots throughout the country - the more reports made, the more information Guardians§ provides.
