From anywhere in the world, you can consult a doctor at a time convenient for you. The main thing is to have the DoctorPLUS application and the Internet.

How does the application work for the patient?

First, you need to go through a simple registration and fill in all the necessary fields.

!!! Correctly select the country of residence, as the system adjusts the time zone depending on the selected country.

If you need to get a medical consultation, you can choose a doctor using the list of specialties or through the search.

Having selected the necessary doctor, the patient needs to reserve a convenient time for an online consultation and wait for confirmation of the selected time from the doctor.

If the doctor has confirmed the selected time, the patient receives a notification in the application for payment.

After making the payment, a link to the consultation comes to the application (the video communication service is downloaded separately).

If the doctor refuses the selected time, the patient will be offered to choose another doctor.

After completing the consultation, the patient must confirm (a separate questionnaire will be sent to the application) that he/she has completed the consultation.

After the administrator checks the correctness of the entered data, the doctor's data appears in the application and the patient can reserve a consultation time.

When the patient reserves a consultation time, the doctor receives a notification in the application and must confirm his/her readiness to conduct a consultation within an hour.

After the patient pays, the doctor receives a message with a link to the consultation.

After the consultation, the doctor must confirm (a separate form will be sent to the application) that the consultation has been completed. Payment for the consultation is made only after the doctor and the patient confirm receipt of the consultation.
