The GIR W400 application allows users to:
- consult the vehicle reservation schedule
- display the list of upcoming reservations
- create and modify reservations

Managers can also:
- manage user authorizations
- manage vehicle pools
- supervise the cabinets
- analyze departures/returns

In real-time communication with the GIR cabinets, the software will systematically validate user authorizations in order to only deliver vehicles to those who are authorized.
