KMG-VISION.cloud is a service tool for compliant gate inspections (ASR A 1.7).

The cloud system consists of a KMG force measuring device, a mobile app, and PC software for back-office management.

All relevant data is available via the cloud, independent of time and location.

The PC software includes all administrative and coordinating processes: inspections are prepared in detail according to specifications with input support regarding the inspection requirements, and operator data is managed. On-site inspectors load the relevant data and protocols for the gate into the app - access is possible directly at the gate via QR code. The measurement series is transferred directly via the connected KMG device, and the protocol is generated. Particularly convenient: Not only is the force measurement data listed in the protocol, but all inspection points of ASR A 1.7 can also be processed and delivered in this protocol. All subsequent steps, such as evaluation, delivery, and invoicing, are immediately available to colleagues in the back office.
