With the help of his own labor and the support of his family, he started to produce Kars cheese with his own hand labor and accumulations by making small and cattle livestock in his small farm established by evaluating the crop. Our grandfather, one of the oldest cheddar cheese producers in the Kars region, established the dairy farm in 68 with the title ’KOÇ MANDIRA ür and continues its activities by producing Kars Kashar Cheese and breeding animals.
Our grandfather, Lake, Ardahan, Kars region in a pristine pasture, sightseeing received from cows fed, pure, natural and unadulterated milk with no additives process and traditional methods without using the produce of the lake Kars old cheddar cheese, it is a brand to be produced in Kars, Turkey contributed.
We, as the Koçhan family, offer healthy and natural dairy products to your tables by combining the heritage production methods and technology inherited from our grandfather with the principle that we will not put any products that we will not consume on our shelves.
