With CocoaTraceability, the first point of contact in the downstream supply chain can record transactions from cocoa farmers registered in sustainability projects and the supply chain of businesses using Koltiva services.

Cocoa Farmers with Smartphones and installed FarmCloud will receive live transaction receipts, price and product standard information, entered in CocoaTraceability at the point of sale.

CocoaTrace web applications provides full transparency and traceability reports to businesses, including all transactions recorded in CocoaTraceability, linked to individual farmers and their cocoa farms. The application ensures farmers with certified cocoa according to international standards, or companies sustainability projects, are provided with a full transaction history, receipt printed at the point of sale, send by SMS, or transferred to the Farmers FarmCloud application.
