The Sup App is a on water and off water, stand up paddleboarding, exercise and training companion.
This app is designed to help you train smarter, whether on water or land. By understanding your fitness level, the app tailors your experience to ensure that you exercise effectively.
While exercising a narrator will instruct you and the pace is clearly marked using a metronome. Filters are used to locate and select the exercise of your choice.
Filters include.
1. Purpose. Depending on the purpose of your exercise you can select from strength, fitness, technique, warmup, cooldown, speed, power, activation, agility, board control, indoor sup, frequency and recovery.
2. Level. Depending on your personal fitness level you can select from entry, intermediate, advanced, elite and pro.
3. Zone. Depending on your training goal you can select from zone zero up to zone eight.
The app is available with a Standard, free to use option and a Premium, additional fee option.
The Standard option include.
- a limited set of exercises
- all filter functions
- all available narrators
- voice (narrator) volume control
- voice (narrator) pitch control
- all pace (paddle speed) sound choices
- pace (paddle speed) volume control
- all available languages
The Premium option include.
- all exercises and functions included in Standard version
- all 200+ exercises
- voice (narrator) rate (speed) control
- pace (paddle speed) up/down adjustment control.
Premium subscription options are either monthly or yearly. If you choose to subscribe to Premium, your purchase will be charged to your iTunes account. Active subscriptions will be auto-renewed 24 hours before the expiry date. You can manage subscriptions from you Account in iTunes after subscribing, you’ll also be able to cancel the auto-renewing subscription from there at any time.
If you are new to exercising using levels and zones, we recommend that you consult a personal trainer for advice and directions.
