KOPTEL is a secondary cooperative within PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk,
with certificate of Cooperative Master Number 32732000020027.

The initial idea of ​​the establishment of KOPTEL came from Mr. Cacuk Sudariyanto, Director of TELKOM at the time
that, KOPTEL was established on November 21, 1990 under the name of Cooperative Services
Main with Telecommunications and then renamed PT
Indonesian Telecommunications (KOPTEL) with Deed of Establishment No.8307 / 1990 with
Latest Articles of Association of the Amendment to the Articles of Association of the PT Telekomunikasi Cooperative
Indonesia No. 05 dated 21 February 2012.

KOPTEL is a cooperative unit that is quite unique because of its membership
