The Work Order App Service & Maintenance from Kraan is available for professionals from construction companies who work with Kraan Service & Maintenance and is there for the administration of the work performed on the work orders. You can also use the App when there is no coverage.

You work from an overview in which the work orders are displayed in order of start time per day.

From the office (Service & Maintenance) you can, in addition to specifying the order in the work order:
• (estimated) consumption of time and materials (picklist at the same time)
• Photos, documents, etc.
• Description of the assignment
• Various details, such as urgency, latest completion date, etc.

In the work order you indicate:
• Consumption of time (per employee) and materials (a timer can be used to determine the time)
• The findings of the professional
• Photos and documents
• Follow-up action
• Possible signature of the customer

The professional can map out a route from the App via Google Maps, call or email the customer or change the appointment with the customer.
As soon as you close the App, the captured information is sent to the office. This is where the follow-up is planned or further administrative processing takes place.
