Inhaler Devices are widely used in the treatment of diseases of the airways (bronchi) of the lungs, especially COPD and Asthma. The drugs that are targeted to reach the lungs of the patient through inhaler devices are in aerosol form, and the correct dose depends on the patient's inhaler application technique. Although the correct drug is given, if it is not applied with the correct technique, the correct dose cannot be obtained and the treatment will fail. The patient's knowledge of the appropriate technique while applying aerosol therapy depends on the physician or the person in charge of this job informing the patient about the use of the device. The fact that doctors in our country can spare limited time for outpatient examinations is a hindrance to the delivery of this device training. Today, smart phones and phone applications for different purposes, which occupy an important place in our daily life, are also widely used in the field of inhaler device training all over the world and are extremely successful. The INHEROM application has been developed for this purpose and is offered to all our physicians and patients by the Turkish Respiratory Research Association (TÜSAD).
