Sometimes the simplest ideas are by far the most effective. The app is a platform for hotels and apartments to offer extra products and services to their customers. The goal is to help generate additional growth and revenue in areas that are not being tapped into.
How does it work?
It’s simple. Download the app, create an account and you’re off. The app focuses on a minimalistic design so it’s easy and straightforward for anyone to use. Just follow the on-screen instructions and you can place orders, view order history, view products and services, read news and information about facilities.
What can the app offer?
Hotels and apartments are all different, for that reason we give the ability to the owner to add unlimited products and services. A few examples might be laundry, room service, food and beverage, spa, gym, pool, private or public transport, tours, vouchers, etc.
Who will use it?
There are 2 types of users. Management and Visitors.
Management will be able to see all the current orders. They can also view the “order history” of any guest in the hotel or apartment. Different facilities (e.g. gym, spa, room service) can add to the visitors account from any location. Orders are typically grouped by the visitors room number for ease.
Visitors will be able to download the app by scanning a QR code, visiting the app store or by downloading it from the hotel or apartment website (if available). They can view an easy to navigate list of all the products and services provided by the establishment. When the visitor finds something they like, they just add it to their account. If the hotel/apartment adds something to the visitors room they will get a notification on their mobile.
